Our engineering and technical background for manufacturing goes to the late 80's when fresh out of university, Laszlo opened a manufacturing and robotic plant in Eastern Canada. There he focused on designing and automating manufacturing plants specifically for the Venetian and vertical blind industry.

We created everything from automatic conveyor systems to fully automated forming, cutting, punching and assembling machines. If there were new types of machines needed, Laszlo would create drawings and facilitate a working prototype. We were the first plant in North America to manufacture fully automated Venetian blind assembly machines, and held 8 patents for various prototype and later fully operating industrial machinery.

This is a machine designed by Laszlo and built by him with a team of engineers in the late 1980's to bring automation to the Venetian blind industry in Canada and the US. Previously there were only machines built in Sweden and Germany. The market took off like wildfire and it appeared as though every blind manufacturing company had a great need for these machines. Our machinery revolutionized the entire North American window blind market

Here's another version of our fully automated Venetian blind machine. This particular model is mechanical and is 32' long with multi abilities to manufacture different gauges of Venetian blinds. For example, it was able to manufacture 1/2" and 1" Venetian blinds simultaneously. This machine was revolutionary to the industry with many aspects of the machine holding patents.

This is the control panel of our fully automated forming, cutting, punching and assembling machine. The machine was extremely simple to set up and run.
