Westcoast Spaces provides residential and commercial renovation services with a strong focus on reliability, coordination, and getting complex projects completed properly. The work ranges from home renovations and tenant improvements to large-scale commercial builds for pubs, restaurants, nightclubs, offices, and retail spaces.

On the commercial side, Katona has successfully completed renovations and full rebuilds for high-traffic hospitality and entertainment venues throughout British Columbia. Projects have included work at Royal Towers in New Westminster, where multiple spaces were renovated, including the Clancy Pub, office spaces, a full nightclub renovation, and the construction of a brand-new liquor store relocated to the opposite side of the building.

Major hospitality projects have also included extensive work at the Chieftain Hotel, where the entire first floor was demolished and rebuilt. This project involved coordinating with city hall, heritage representatives, and permitting departments, and resulted in new offices, a restaurant space of over 1,000 square feet, a newly built nightclub, and later renovations to the Chieftain Pub itself.

Additional commercial projects include renovations and build-outs for well-known venues such as Buffalo Club, Speakeasy on Granville, The Roxy, Biltmore Cabaret, Loose Moose, Swedish Touch, and Soho Restaurant, along with additional restaurant and nightclub projects across Vancouver, the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.
